License durations: License durations start from the first time activating the license 1 Day 24 hours 1 Week 7 Days 1 Month 30 Days Any duration may be canceled if the product is no longer sold updated or discontinued. Buying a lifetime license means being able to use it as long as the product exists and compensation is not provided in this case. Payment Policy: Fraudulent charges using an account that sends money without the consent of the account holder or any kind of fraud will result in your account being instantly disabled permanently terminated and or legal action being taken Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed only if the license has not been used. Our tracking system will determine whether a license has been activated. If the software has been used refunds may be granted at our discretion but are not guaranteed. Users are not entitled to a refund using the original payment method compensation may be issued as store credit. Warranty and Additional Rules: All accounts have a 4-hour warranty. If you do not notify us within 4 hours you will not receive a replacement. Skins count as variants in the checker. For example a skin with 4 variants counts as 4 skins not 1. We are never responsible after the deal is completed bans num locks swap fails etc. Accusations of account pulling are not tolerated. It is your responsibility to fully secure your account after purchase. Ember will never purposely pull back or ban an account upon sale.
